Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I know that buying or selling a home is one of the most important things you will ever do, and I want to help make that experience as smooth and successful as possible. Carrie is a long life resident to Jacksonville and third generation REALTOR. She received her formal education from the Bolles School and the University of Florida. She is an active member in her community and is a past PTA President, Student Advisory Council Member, and Cub Scout Leader. She and her husband Tony, have been married since 1988. She is the mother of two treasured children, Robby (18 years and headed off to college) and Shannon (12 who likes to be referred to as "angel child").
Carrie gained her real estate license in 1987 at the age of 23. She was trained by her mother who is also broker/owner of Riverpoint Properties, Inc. Carrie has gained TOP PRODUCER status in her office many times over the years.
Today, the majority of Carrie's business comes from the referral of previous customers. (See testimonials) Carrie has worked in many specialty areas and sells small cottages as well as multi million dollar homes. She is loyal and ever mindful of her personal integrity.
